摘要
自西部大开发以来,四川民族地区经济社会取得了长足的发展,但是这种以牺牲资源、环境为代价的粗放型经济增长方式是不可持续的。本文梳理了包容性增长核心理念及其特征,从产业结构、生态环境、基础设施和教育科技等四方面分析了制约四川民族地区经济发展的主要因素,以包容性增长为新视角,提出了实现四川民族地区产业均衡发展、生态环境建设和人力资源建设的可持续发展路径及对策。
Since the western development,the minority areas in Sichuan have be achieved in the considerable economic and social development. But this extensive economic growth pattern at the expense of resources and the environment is not sustainable. This paper reviews the core concept of inclusive growth and characteristics and analyzes the main factors restricting economic development of minority areas in Sichuan from the four aspects of industrial structure,environment,infrastructure and education and science and technology,to proposes a balanced sustainable development path to achieve industrial development,ecological building and human resource development environment ethnic areas in Sichuan to inclusive growth for new perspective.
