为满足机电类专业对实验设备一机多用、机电结合和对职校教师培训的要求,设计与开发了一种模块化综合测控实验平台。该平台集机械设计技术、气动技术、机电传动技术、检测技术、微机控制技术于一体。该平台单个模块既是一个独立的实验单元,模块间联合又可进行综合性测控实验。详细介绍了平台的组成、功能、应用实例和特点。该实验平台可重组性强,功能全面,交互性好,为学生实践能力的培养和职校教师培训提供了一个良好的平台。
In order to meet the requirements of the use of a machine for the electromechanical specialty and training vocational teachers,an integrated measurement and control experimental platform that is designed modularly is developed.The system combines mechanical design technology,pneumatics,mechanical and electrical drive technology,detection technology and computer control technology to a body.Each module is an independent experimental unit,and combination of modules can be comprehensive experimental platform.Its components,functions,applications and characteristics are presented in details.With the characteristics of comprehensive function,and it is easy to recombinant,this unit can provide a high-level platform for improving students' practical ability and using for vocational teachers' training.
