摘要
根据机电类创新训练课程完全围绕先进机电自动化实验平台展开及面向全校工科专业学生开设的实际情况与课程需求,进行基于项目学习的课程实施模式研究。以FESTO公司的模块化生产系统MPS和固高公司的柔性自动化生产系统FMS为实例,对比分析了相关实验平台的特点与功能,以及国内同类课程的设置情况。研究了将工程实际的生产制造系统与当前的科研热点问题与基于项目学习的课程实施模式相结合的方法。最后,说明了课程目前实施情况,分析了目前课程存在的问题与解决方法。
Aiming at mechatronic innovative and practice curriculum which totally centers on advanced automation experimental platform and accommodates for undergraduate students from multi colleges of our university, detailed project based learning was studied for the curriculum. Modular production system from FESTO and flexible manufacturing system from Google were comparably analyzed. Transformation methods for manufacturing system in practical industrial world and research topic of automatic production line were investigated. At last,problems and execution of the curriculum were provided.
