摘要
在乡村治理中,农民参与能力的强弱决定着参与决策的实际效果。通过对农民参与能力的分析,以农民参与能力为中心,基于几何分析的方法,积极探索农民参与能力与借助代理之间的关系,形成了村民导向型、共同协作型和代理导向型等三种主要的关系模式,并以此为指导,从农民、政府和制度环境三个层面构建农民参与乡村公共决策的互动模式的路径和方式,引导农民理性有序参与乡村公共决策,促进乡村治理的良性发展。
In rural governance,the ability of farmers to participate in decision-making depends on the strength of the actual effect.Through the analysis of the ability of farmers to participate,based on the analysis of the geometry,the relationship between the farmer participation ability and the aid agent was actively explored and the the villagers oriented,collaborative and agent oriented relational schema were formed.From three aspects,such as farmers,and government and institutional environment,path and the way of interactive mode for farmers to participate in public decision-making were built to guide farmers to participate in rural public decision-making rationally and orderly,and promote the development of the rural governance.
