摘要
本文构建了ROSE模型,在此模型下,对于企业以及政府之间的功能联系、核心子体系在一个体系中与外围要素之间的功能要求以及核心系统和外围要素间的理论辩证关系都做了深入研究。
This paper mainly introduces ROSE model. Based on this model, it deeply studies the functional requirements between the factors of peripheral and the function relation and core sub system of enterprise and government in a system, and the theory between the factors of dialectical relationship and core system.
