摘要
近年来,子宫内膜息肉的发病率不断升高,对其发病机制的研究也日趋深入。宫腔镜成为治疗子宫内膜息肉的主要手段,然而,术后仍有一定复发,目前以激素类预防复发为主,而激素类药物的长期运用又有一定的副作用,因此,探究中医优势成为研究趋势,下面就中西医方面治疗子宫内膜息肉及预防复发的有效途径进行综述。
In recent years, with the rising of the incidence of endometrial polyps, the study of its pathogenesis is deeper. Hysteroscopy becomes the main means of treatment of endometrial polyps, however, there are still some postoperative relapse. At present, hormone drugs, given priority to prevent recurrence and used for a long time have some side effects. Therefore, to explore the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine has become the research trends, the following aspects of traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of endometrial polyps and the effective ways to prevent recurrence are summarized.
