摘要
以林森物流集团为研究对象,借鉴员工离职理论Price-Mueller(2000)模型中引起员工离职的相关因素,结合集团实际情况设计调查问卷,通过对问卷结果的分析,找出集团员工离职的主要原因,并提出针对性对策和建议,以帮助集团降低员工的离职率,并为国内的物流企业人力资源管理工作提供一定的参考。
In this paper, with the Linsen Logistics Group as the subject and by referencing the factors in the Price-Mueller(2000) model on employee’s quitting causality, we designed a suitable questionnaire survey for the company, then through analyzing the result of the survey, identified the major causes behind the leaving of its employees, and at the end proposed the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to curb this phenomenon for the company.
