摘要
结合位移传感器,提出了基于弹性形变的拉索索力测量装置和方法,介绍了系统的结构和原理,通过标定、加载试验和滤波获得拉索索力数据和与之对应的拉索形变量数据。最后,经过数据拟合分析得出拉索形变量与拉索索力值的线性关系,并加以验证。当索力测量范围为5~20 k N,测量频率为1 Hz时,最大测量误差将可控制在10%以内,平均测量误差约5%,且随着待测索力的增大,测量精度随之升高。
Combining with displacement sensor, measuring device and method of cable force based on elastic deformation is proposed ;introduce structure and principle of the system ; and then obtain datas of cable force and cable variable which are corresponding to cable force datas through calibration,loading experinmeut and filtering; finally, through data fitting analysis, obtain linear relationship between cable shaped variables and values of the cable force, at the same time,it is validated. When cable force measurement range of 5 ~ 20 kN and measurement frequency is 1 Hz, the maximum measurement error will be controlled within 10 %, average error of measurement is about 5 %, and with increasing of cable force measurement under test, measurement precision is increased.
