摘要
新型城镇化是在城镇化基础上提出的以实现人的城镇化,经济社会可持续发展和城镇发展质量提高的一个动态过程。在这个过程中,信息化发挥了重要作用。本文通过分析信息化带动新型城镇必要性及困境,提出信息化带动新型城镇化发展的途径,旨在通过信息化发展来推动新型城镇化向高效,健康,低碳,节约集约的可持续和谐发展道路迈进。
New-type urbanization is proposed on the basis of urbanization to achieve urbanization of hu-mans, and it is a dynamic process of quality improvement of sustainable economic and social developmentand urban development. In this process, information technology plays an important role. This paper analyz-es the necessity and plight of information technology in driving new-type urbanization and proposes apath of information-driven development of new-type urbanization, aiming to drive the new-type urbaniza-tion onto an efficient, healthy, low-carbon, economical and intensive, sustainable and harmonious devel-opment path through the development of information technology.
