摘要
世界工业经济的发展、人口的剧增、城镇化的迅速推进及人类无节制的资源索取和利用,导致全球面临越来越严峻的气候问题。在全球环境持续恶化、我国社会经济和城镇化建设面临如何走出困局的大环境下,低碳、可持续发展的新型城镇化道路是我国社会经济和城镇化建设转型升级的关键。研究以"低碳"理念为导向,从搭建生态低碳的空间格局、构筑集约低碳的用地模式、培育低碳的产业体系、构建低碳的交通体系和选择合适的开发容量等角度切入,展开新型城镇化规划策略的探索。
With the development of industrial economy, the leap of population, the high speed of urbanization and the large use of resource, the climatic issues is more and more serious. Under this situation, the new-type urbanization base low-carbon and sustainable development has been the point of China's development. The paper bases on the low-carbon theory, from the view of constructing a low-carbon spatial pattern, land use pattern, industrial system, traffic system, and chose the well development capacity, analyzes the strategy of new-type urbanization plan.
