体检职工心率与相关因素 被引量:2

Heart rate and relative factors in active and retired employees underwent physical examination

摘要 目的了解体检职工心率及其相关因素。方法 2011年1月至2012年12月安排某单位职工20 472名进行体检,实际体检17 084名。采用专用体检记录软件录入体检者资料,体检结束后导出数据分析心率及其相关因素。结果 1体检职工心率76.75±11.29 bpm,呈正态分布,双侧95%界限值为54.62~98.87 bpm。2随心率增快BMI呈下降趋势(F=11.055,P=0.000),SBP、DBP、FPG、TC、TG呈升高趋势(F值分别为48.982、167.962,、35.299、5.935、10.765,P值分别为0.000、0.000、0.000、0.003、0.000)。3随TC、LDL-C、TG水平升高心率增快(F值分别为14.655、2.652、23.170,P值分别为0.000、0.071、0.000);随年龄增长心率呈减慢趋势(F=3.283,P=0.003);心率随BMI的增加呈减慢—加快—减慢变化;随血压、血糖水平升高心率增快(F值分别为74.685、71.200,P值分别为0.000、0.000);女性心率快于男性(F=26.402,P=0.000)。4回归分析显示心率与UA、年龄、BMI呈负相关,与DBP、SBP、FPG、TG、TC、男性、HDL-C呈正相关,其相关程度依次减弱。5多元回归分析显示LDL-C、BMI、SBP、年龄、UA是心率的保护因素,男性、FPG、HDL-C、TC、DBP是心率的危险因素。结论体检职工心率与多种心血管病危险因素相关。心率与UA、年龄、BMI呈负相关,与DBP、FPG、TC、HDL-C呈正相关,女性心率快于男性。心率与LDL-C、TG、SBP无明显相关性。 Objective To observe resting heart rate and relative factors among employees underwent physical examination. Methods Physical examination was arranged for 20 472 employees from January 2011 to December 2012, 17 084 employees were examined. Heart rate and relative factors were analyzed. Results 1. Heart rates of physical examination were 76. 75 ± 11.29 bpm, and normally distributed. The bilateral 95% threshold values were 54. 62-98.87 bpm. 2, BMI declined with the increase of heart rates (F= 11. 055, P = 0. 000), while SBP, DBP, FPG, TC, TG increased with the increase of heart rates ( the values of F were 48.982,167. 962,35. 299,5.935,10. 765 respectively, and the values of P were 0. 000,0. 000,0. 000,0. 003,0. 000 respectively). 3, Heart rate increased with the increase of TC, LDL-C, TG( the values of F were 14. 655,2. 652,23. 170 respectively, and the values of P were 0. 000,0. 071,0. 000 respectively) ; heart rate decreased with age. ( F= 3.283, P = 0. 003) ; with the increase of BMI, heart rate showed a change of: slow down- speed up- slow down. Heart rates increased with the elevation of blood pressure, heart rates increased with the elevation of blood pressure and blood sugar (the value of F were 74. 685,71. 200 respectively, and the values of P were 0. 000,0. 000 respectively). Female, s heart rates were faster than those of males. ( F = 26. 402, P = 0. 000). 4, Regression analysis showed that heart rate was negatively correlated with UA, age, BMI, while DBP and SBP, FPG, TG, TC, male, HDL-C were positively correlated, its correlation degree weakened in turn. 5. Multiple regression analysis showed that LDL-C, BMI, SBP, age, UA were protection factors for heart rate, while male, FPG, HDL-C, TC and DBP were risk factors for heart rate. Conclusions Heart rate were associated with multiple cardiovascular risk factors. Heart rate was negatively correlated with UA, age, BMI, while DBP, FPG, TC, HDL-C were positively correlated with heart rate. Female's heart rate was faster than that
