摘要
自从1992年以色列与印度建交之后,两国在军事反恐、经贸投资、科技人文等领域的合作关系发展迅速。但与此同时,两国的高层互访却仍然较少,显示出在政治上某种刻意的"低调"。由此可见,印度与以色列之间的关系是"以军事合作为核心","科技人文交流"、"经贸投资"和"美国战略支持"为支撑点,受到来自"巴以问题"、"伊朗核问题"和"与巴基斯坦关系"三个方面因素的影响,形成了独特的"军火-经热-政温"的关系特点,且将在未来一段时间内维持这种关系。
The military interactions,economic investment,scientific and art cooperation between India and Israel have been progressing rapidly ever since 1992 when the two states set up formal diplomatic relations. However,the frequencies of mutual high- level official visits are relatively low,which demonstrates a certain kind of 'low- profile'.Based on the analysis of both positive and negative factors in the relationship between India and Israel,I depict the relation model between the India and Israel as centered with military interaction,supported with economic investment and scientific and art cooperation,and pushed by the US geopolitical interests,while constrained with 'Palestine Issue','Iran Nuclear Issue'and 'Israel-Pakistan relations'. The relation model between the India and Israel could be summarized as'military close-economic encouraged while political touched'. The relation model between the India and Israel will be maintained in the foreseeable future.
