摘要
目的探讨根管显微镜应用于开髓术及髓腔预备教学评价的医学伦理意义。方法根据教学大纲的教学内容,自行设计问卷调查表,采用不记名的调查形式,对部分西安交通大学医学院口腔医学学生进行调查,并分析结果。结果 97%的学生通过根管显微镜较清楚的看到髓室顶是否揭除干净,100%的学生较清楚的看到髓室底、髓室侧壁、根管口的解剖结构,87%的学生认为根管显微镜用于根管治疗实验课有意义,89%的学生认为根管显微镜对实验课操作结果的评价有意义,95%的学生认为用根管显微镜对操作效果的评价比较客观。92%的学生认为可以提高学习兴趣、能够提供充足的光源和放大解剖结构,95%的学生认为帮助理解正确的操作。结论在当前医患关系紧张的背景下,采取新的效果明显的教育方法,可以有效提高学生的临床技能,从而减轻患者痛苦,有利于改善医患关系。
Objective: To explore the medical ethics significance of the application of root canal microscope in odontot- rypy and medullary cavity preparation. Methods:According to the teaching content of outline, the self - designed ques- tionnaire and secret investigation were used in medical students of Stomatological Hospital Affiliated to Medical School of Xi'an Jiaotong University. Results :97% of the students clearly see the pulp chamber top through the root canal micro- scope, 100% of the students more clearly see the bottom of the pulp chamber, the pulp chamber wall, anatomical struc- ture of root canal orifice, 87% thought that the root canal microscope used in root canal therapy experiment is meaningful 89% thought that the root canal microscope on the result of experiment operation evaluation is meaningful, 95% thought that using the operation effect of the root canal microscope evaluation more objective. 92% thought that can improve the learning interest, can provide adequate light source, and enlarge the anatomical structure, 95% thought it was helpful to understand the correct operation. Conclusions:Under the background of the current doctor-patient relationship tense, a new effective method of education, can effectively improve the students's clinical skills, so as to relieve patients' pain, to improve the doctor-patient relationship.
