摘要
国内针对大型LNG储罐预应力混凝土外罐预应力张拉的研究相对匮乏。为此,将理论分析与数值计算相结合,推导了在张拉阶段罐壁的挠度方程、罐壁纵向弯矩计算公式、罐壁弯曲应力计算公式和罐壁环向应力计算公式。采用ADINA有限元软件建立LNG储罐外罐有限元模型,分析了在各种张拉方案下混凝土外罐的应力、位移及其变化规律。结果表明:在预应力张拉阶段,罐壁底部混凝土处于双向受拉状态,其拉应力接近混凝土的抗拉强度,为最危险部位;预应力钢筋最佳张拉顺序是先张拉全部竖向预应力钢筋,后张拉环向预应力钢筋,其中环向预应力钢筋由上至下依次张拉。研究结果可为大型LNG储罐的建造提供技术支持。
In China, there are fewer studies on tensioning of prestressed concrete outer wall of large LNG tank. In this paper, theoretical analysis and numerical calculation are combined to derive the tank wall deflection equation for tensioning stage, longitudinal wall bending moment calculation formula, wall bending stress calculation formula and wall hoop stress formula. Then, a finite element model for outer wall of LNG tank is established with ADINA software, and it is used to analyze the stress and displacement of outer wall under different tensioning scenarios. The results show that the bottom concrete of the tank is in bidirectional tensile condition in the prestressed tensioning stage, with the tensile stress close to the tensile strength of concrete, making the bottom as the most dangerous part. The preferred tensioning sequence is: vertically prestressed reinforcement, and then circumferentially prestressed reinforcement(which is tensioned sequentially from top to bottom). The results can provide technical support to the construction of LNG tanks.
