摘要
为提高低渗透油藏的增注效果,研制开发了新型MDG系列分子膜增注剂。通过室内实验对3种分子膜剂BFS、BNFS和TD12的润湿性、表面活性、耐温耐盐性能等进行了评价。实验结果表明,该系列分子膜剂具有良好的改变润湿性的能力和表面活性,以及较好的耐温、耐盐性能。BFS、BNFS和TD12耐温120℃,耐盐40 000 mg/L,其最低使用质量浓度分别为200,500,800 mg/L。
To improve the effect of augmented injection in low-permeability reservoir,a new MDG series of molecular membrane injection agents was developed.The wettability,surface activity,and heat resistance and salinity tolerance performance of three molecular membrane injection agents,i.e.BFS,BNFS and TD12 molecular membrane injection agents,were evaluated in laboratory experiments.The results of evaluation have shown that this series of molecular membrane injection agents has good wettability alteration capability,high surface activity and good heat resistance and salinity tolerance performance.BFS,BNFS and TD12 molecular membrane injection agents can sustain the temperature of up to 120 ℃ and the salinity up to 40 000 mg / L,and their minimum mass concentration when used are 200 mg / L,500 mg / L and 800 mg / L respectively.
