摘要
针对狮子沟N1油藏地层水矿化度高,一般弱凝胶难以成胶的问题,对比了不同弱凝胶体系在淡水和盐水中的成胶性能,得出梳形聚合物(KYPAM)+酚醛类交联剂体系在高矿化度盐水中具有较好的成胶性能。优化配方试验得到弱凝胶适宜的配方为:梳形聚合物KYPAM浓度1 300-1 600 mg/L,酚醛类交联剂浓度200 mg/L,促凝剂浓度100 mg/L,除氧剂浓度100 mg/L。性能评价试验结果表明,该弱凝胶体系具有良好的抗盐性和抗剪切性,并且对非均质地层具有很好的调驱效果,可使水驱采收率得到大幅度提高。
In view of the difficulty of gelling by weal gel due to high salinity of reservoir water in Shizigou N1 oil reservoir,the gelling properties of several kinds of weak gel systems in fresh water and brine were compared,and it was found that the system of comb polymer KYPAM + phenolic aldehyde crosslinker has good gelling property in high salinity brine.An appropriate formulation of weak gel was identified through formulation optimization testing:the concentration of comb polymer KYPAM is 1 300 mg / L to 1 600 mg / L,the concentration of phenolic aldehyde crosslinker is 200 mg / L,the concentration of coagulant is 100 mg / L,and the concentration of oxygen scavenger is 100 mg / L.The results of performance evaluation testing have shown that this weak gel system has good salt resistance and shearing resistance properties.This weak gel system has good profile control and oil displacement effect,and can increase water displacement recovery efficiency substantially when used in inhomogeneous formation.
