摘要
阈值选取是图像边缘提取过程中必不可少的步骤,适当的阈值取值使得CT影像边缘部分准确明显地表示出来,可为医学影像的后续处理分析提供好的素材.本实验从二值化图像函数入手,通过计算医学影像均值、标准差、显示灰度直方图,求取影像前景面积和图像逻辑运算分析不同阈值对医学影像边缘提取效果的影响,并使用通用的边缘提取算法对不同阈值影像提取边缘,实验结果发现值为0.2时边缘效果最佳.
The selection of threshold value is an essential step of image edge extraction process of the computed tomography (CT). The appropriate threshold value can express accurately the edge portion of the CT images so as to provide good material for subsequent processing and analysis of medical images. This experiment showed the gray histogram, calculated the image foreground area and image logic operation biginning from the function of the binarized image by calculating medical imaging mean, standard deviation. Analysis of different threshold for medical image edge extraction effect. The effect was a maxmum when the value is 0.2 after the generic edge extraction algorithm was used to extract the edge effects for the different thresholds.
