基于PLC控制的防爆电器测试台设计

摘要 针对现有防爆电器测试台结构不合理、测试项目不全等问题,提出了基于PLC控制的防爆电器测试台的总体设计方案,阐述硬件设计与软件实现。该测试台可为插件提供电压信号、电流信号、时间信号,实现对各种保护器插件的过载、漏电、短路、断相等保护功能参数进行检测。经煤矿实际运行,证明该测试台操作方便、测试精度高、测试项目全,有利于确保煤矿的安全、高效生产。 For the existing explosion-proof electrical test-bed has the problem of the irrational structure , incomplete test project and other. This paper introduces the overall scheme design of explosion-proof electrical test-bed based on PLC control, describes the hardware and software design. The test-bed can provide many signal such as voltage signals and current signals, time signals for protec-tion plug-in. The test-bed can detect these protection parameters of protection plug-in including the overload, leakage, short circuit, open -phase, and other. According to the operation in the coal mine. It is proved that this test bed has simple operation, high preci-sion, overall test projects, helpful to ensure the mine safety and the high efficiency of the production.
