摘要
为了设计一种通用的适于检测各种矿用电子保护插件的测试系统,针对各插件的保护性能,阐述了基于EDA模块和组态软件的设计方法,该测试系统可提供各保护插件在正常工作和发生故障时所需的电流信号、电压信号、时间信号等,实现了对各种电子保护插件的过载、漏电、短路、断相、绝缘监视等参数的检测。该系统以照明信号综合保护装置ZXZ8-2·5/4为例进行了测试,测试结果表明:该系统可为用户提供可视化的测试界面、详细的操作步骤、报表的预览打印,具有测试结果准确、系统可靠性高、可移植性好、编程效率高、通用性强、实现方便等特点。
