摘要
本文简要介绍了TWI-JI四阶段教导方法的内涵,并以自动检测机的PLC调试为案例具体阐述了该方法在企业员工培训中的实际应用情况。我们提出了TWI教导方法同样适合于高职学生实训教学的观点,进而从高职教育的理念、工作过程课程观和学生的认知发展规律三个方面探讨了其现实意义。
This paper briefly describes the meaning of TWI-JI four-stage approach to teach,and to auto-detection machine PLC debugging for the specific case of the method described in the enterprise staff training in the practical application. Simultaneously proposed method is also suitable for TWI teach vocational students practical teaching point of view,then from the concept of vocational education,the rule of the working process of cognitive development curriculum and students discussed three aspects of its practical significance.
