摘要
随着近年来就业压力的逐渐增大,每年毕业生的去向问题日益成为社会各界关注的焦点.延边大学作为一所具有朝鲜族民族特色的综合性大学,韩国语学习氛围浓厚,具有良好的韩国语沟通交流环境.以化学工程与工艺专业2011~2014届应届毕业生的就业情况数据为例,分析其在就业方面存在的问题及原因,进而站在专业级别的角度上,有针对性的提出提高毕业生就业率的相关政策及建议,不断增加毕业生在面对就业和职场选择方面的竞争力.
As the employment pressure is gradually increasing, the problem of graduates employment has increasingly become the locus of attention in every social field. As a comprehensive university with Korean ethnic characteristic, YanBian University has good Korean communication environment. In this study, on the basis of the data of chemical engineering graduates employment, we analyzed its existing problems and reasons and put forward the improvement and suggestion about graduates employment in the professional point of view in order to increase the employment competitiveness of graduates.
