摘要
依据BS EN12663-1(2010)、BS EN1999-1-1(2007)、TB/T1335-96以及"200 km/h及以上速度级铁道车辆强度设计及试验鉴定暂行规定",归纳总结了高速动车组铝合金车体结构设计的基本要求.借助有限元分析仿真技术与物理样车试验相结合的方法,研究了我国自主研发的高速动车组车体结构刚度、强度、振动品质以及典型横断面形状与截面物理特性的变化关系,为高速动车组铝合金车体详细设计提供理论依据.
Essential performance requirements of aluminum-alloy car body of high-speed EMU are summarized based on BS EN12663-1( 2010),BS EN1999-1-1( 2007),TB / T1335-96 and Temporary criterion on strength design and test identification of railway vehicles with 200 km / h and above speed level. By means of finite element analysis and physical prototype test technology,structure stiffness,strength and vibration quality of the car body are studied for China self-developed EMU,and then physical properties of its typical cross-sections are analyzed. All those results are benefit for detailed design of the high-speed EMU car body.
