摘要
铝合金车体被普遍应用于高铁动车组中,但其底架框型结构在焊接过程中会产生较大变形,影响产品质量。对底架框型结构的焊接变形原因进行分析,提出焊接变形控制措施,并通过试验进行工艺效果验证。研究发现:底架框型结构的焊接变形主要源于焊缝横向收缩引起的弯曲角度变形和宽度收缩变形,是各次焊接变形发生复合的结果;分析探究其变形因素和规律;调整焊缝的焊接顺序对底架框型结构的焊接变形有方向性的影响。控制结果表明:降低了调修难度,提高了生产效率;针对底架框型结构特点进行预制反变形,是控制结构外形及尺寸的有效工艺方法,可以将变形量控制在公差范围内。
Aluminum alloy car body is widely used in the high-speed railway EMU,but its underframe profile frame structure will produce large deformation in the welding process,which will affect the product quality.The causes of welding deformation of underframe profile frame structure are analyzed,the control measures of welding deformation are proposed,and the process effect is verified by tests.The results show that:the welding deformation of underframe profile frame structure is mainly due to the bending angle deformation and width contraction deformation caused by the transverse contraction of the weld,which is the composite result of each welding deformation,but they have certain rules to follow;adjusting the welding sequence of the weld has a directional impact on the welding deformation of the underframe profile frame structure,which reduces the difficulty of adjustment and repair,and improves the production efficiency;prefabricated anti-deformation according to the characteristics of underframe profile frame structure is an effective process to control the shape and size of the structure,and the deformation can be controlled within the tolerance range.
