MATLAB/SIMULINK在包装动力学教学中的应用

摘要 以包装件跌落冲击和简谐位移激励的受迫振动为例,依据系统的运动微分方程建立MATLAB/SIMULINK仿真模型,并进行一系列实例仿真,仿真结果直观地反映出系统的动态响应以及阻尼、弹性系数、激励频率等对动态响应的影响规律。该方法使复杂的、理论性很强的包装动力学教学变得简单和可视化,促进了学生对知识的理解和掌握,提高了教学质量。 Taking package drop impact and forced vibration induced by harmonic displacement excitation of as examples and aiming at the main teaching contents, simulation models are established with MATLAB/SIMULINK according to dynamic differential equations. Then, a series of simulation are carried out. The results refl ect the dynamic response of the system clearly, and infl uence laws of damping, elasticity coefficient and excitation frequency on dynamic response are shown obviously. The proposed method can make the complex and boring packaging dynamics teaching simple and visual, which promotes students understanding and mastering the knowledge. Thus, the teaching quality is improved.
