摘要
目的:分析实施抗菌药物专项整治和药学干预措施的效果。方法:对开展抗菌药物专项整治活动的工作措施进行总结,并对实施效果进行分析、评价。结果:开展抗菌药物临床应用专项整治后,其中卫生部要求的7项指标均明显改善,专项整治工作已取得初步成效。结论:经过半年的专项整治和药学干预,抗菌药物临床应用指标有了明显改善,并且大部分指标已达到卫生行政部门的规定。
Objective： To introduce the effects of special management and pharmaceutical intervention for antibiotics in our hospital. Methods： The measures of antibiotics special rectification in our hospital were summarized and the effects of the activities were analyzed and evaluated. Results： Through antibiotics special management obvious progress had been made in the clinical use of the antibiotics. And seven indexes of societal activities showed a significant improvement. Conclusion： The implementation of special management and pharmaceutical intervention improves the index of antibiotic use which is partly up to the specification of mininstry public health. The antibiotics management and pharmaceutical intervention of our hospital is worth of spreading.
