摘要
通过在不同的环境湿度条件下对不同铅酸蓄电池用隔板的绝缘电阻测试发现,环境相对湿度对隔板绝缘电阻的影响很大,随着环境的相对的湿度的增大,部分隔板的电阻逐渐变小,而部分隔板的绝缘电阻变化不明显。隔板绝缘电阻的大小直接影响了蓄电池极群短路测试漏电流的大小。通过蓄电池贮存测试发现,隔板绝缘电阻对蓄电池性能的影响不太明显。
In this paper the insulation resistances of different separators have been tested under the condition of different relative humidity. The results show that the insulation resistances of some separator become smaller gradually and the others do not be changed obviously with the increase of the relative humidity, and the insulation resistances of separators directly influence the size of leakage current of plate group in the short circuit tests. Through storage test, it is found that the influence of insulation resistance on the performance of lead-acid battery is less significant.
