摘要
目的:观察苯磺酸氨氯地平片联合复方丹参片及银杏叶片治疗老年高血压病的临床疗效。方法:将70例患者随机分为2组,对照组30例仅选用口服钙离子拮抗剂苯磺酸氨氯地平片,治疗组40例在对照组基础上加服苯磺酸氨氯地平片及复方丹参片与银杏叶片治疗。结果:总有效率治疗组为92.50%,对照组为60.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。收缩压、舒张压、脉压差2组治疗后均明显降低(P<0.05),观察组降低更明显(P<0.05)。结论:苯磺酸氨氯地平片联合复方丹参片及银杏叶片治疗老年高血压病疗效显著。
Objective：To survey clinical effects of amlodipine besylate tablets, compound DanShen tablets and ginkgo tablets in treating senile patients with hypertension. Methods： Seventy patients were randomized into two groups, 30 cases of the control group took amlodipine besylate tablets only, 40 cases of the treatment group were ad-ministered to amlodipine besylate tablets, compound DanShen tablets and ginkgo tablets. Results：Total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.50%, superior to 60.00%of the control group （P〈0.05）. Systolic pressure, diastolic pressure and pulse pressure of both groups were decreased after treating （P〈0.05）, the decrease of the observation group was more notable（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Amlodipine besylate tablets, compound DanShen tablets and ginkgo tablets are effective in treating senile patients with hypertension.
