摘要
大型水电站自动发电控制系统直接影响电网的安全稳定和厂站经济运行。针对锦屏"一厂两站"运行方式特殊要求,研究满足系统安全和经济运行目标的AGC设计的各种约束条件,同时给出详细的控制策略方法,通过动态规划法算法实际案例分析验证系统的可行性,对类似电站AGC设计有一定的实际借鉴意义。
Large hydropower station automatic generation control system directly affects the security and stability of grids and the economic operation of stations. According to the requirement of "One Plant, withTwo Stations" in Jinping, various constraint conditions of AC, C design to satisfy the system safety and economic aim are discussed, control policy is introduced in detail. The feasibility is proved by analyzing the practical cases with dynamic programming algorithm, It serves as a certain reference for similar designs of hydropower station AGC.
