摘要
目的探讨护士长管理考评在落实优质护理服务中的作用。方法按照优质护理服务文件要求设计护士长管理考评细则,每月随机检查并反馈、制定改进措施及实施;进行护理工作满意度调查,将护士长管理考评和满意度得分列入绩效考核中。结果护士长管理考评实施后,护理质量逐年提高,医护人员和职能科室对护士长工作满意度分别是94.6%和92.0%;患者和家属、医生对护理工作总体满意度均有所提高。结论以优质护理服务内容和评价体系为依托,以抓好护士长管理考评为主要方法的策略,可以提高医院护理质量及各方对护理工作的满意度。
Objective:To explore and discuss the role of head nurse's management and evaluation in nursing serv- ice of high quality. Method:The authors design detailed rules and regulations involved in head nurse management according to file specifications for nursing service of high quality, make annual random inspection and feedback, design and implement the measures for improvement,make survey of satisfactory degree with nursing and list the scores of head nurse management and examination, and the satisfactory degree into performance appraisal. Result:After the implementation of head nurse management, examination and evaluation, nursing quality increases annually. The satisfactory degrees with head nurses from medical and health care workers and functional departments are 94.6% and 92.0% respectively. The overall satisfactory degrees with nursing from patients, family members and doctors increased. Conclusion:The policy of basing nursing service contents and appraisal system and doing a good job in head nurse management, examination and evaluation can improve nursing quality and satisfactory degree with nursing from all sectors.
