摘要
采用SSR标记对24份西番莲材料的遗传多样性进行研究,从45对引物组合中筛选出16对扩增带清晰、重复性好的引物组合。结果表明:16对SSR引物共产生68条扩增带,其中58条为多态性条带,多态性条带比率平均为85.3%,24份材料的遗传相似系数(GS)的范围为0.09-1.0;UPGMA法聚类分析结果表明,24份西番莲种质以0.45为阈值可分为7大类,SSR标记丰富的多态性可在西番莲分子生物学领域中广泛应用。
24 passion fruit accessions were studied for the analysis of genetic verity by SSR molec- ular marker. The results indicated that 24 accessions could be separated by 16 primer combinations which showed effective and reproductive selecting from 45 pairs of primer. The primers amplified 68 reproducible fragments with 58 bands were polymorphic in nature. Polymorphism ratio was 85.3%. GSC among the 24 accessions ranged from 0.09 to 1.0. When GSC 0.45 as the threshold, 24 passion fruit accessions were clustered into seven major groups by unweighted pair-group method with arithmetic averages. The results showed that SSR marker could be widely used in molecular genetic map construction and germplasm evaluation of passionfruit.
