摘要 为丰富柳叶马鞭草繁殖方法,采用赤霉素处理种子、ABT生根粉处理插穗及筛选出组培快繁阶段培养基配方,结果表明:(1)赤霉素能提高柳叶马鞭草种子活力,3种柳叶马鞭草发芽指数、活力指数均高于对照,不同品种间促进效果存在差异;(2)ABT生根粉对柳叶马鞭草扦插成活率影响不显著,但对插穗发根数和平均根长有显著促进作用,其中以500mg/L ABT浓度处理最佳;(3)组培不同阶段采用的营养基配方存在差异,诱导培养基为MS+6-BA 0.6 mg/L,增殖培养基为MS+6-BA 0.5 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L,生根培养基为MS+IBA 0.4 mg/L,生根率最高可达93%,增殖系数达4.2。 In order to enrich the reproduction method of Verbena bonariensis, the author treated the seeds with gibberellin ( GA) , treated the cuttings with ABT , and screened out the optimum medium formula for the tissue culture and rapid propagation of Verbena bonariensis.The results showed that:(1) GA could improve the seed vigor of Verbena bonariensis, and the germination in-dex and vitality index of 3 varieties in the treatment were higher than those in the control .There were differences in promoting effects of GA among different varieties .(2) ABT had no significant influence on the survival rate of Verbena bonariensis cuttings, but it had significant promotive effect on the root number and root length of cuttings , and the treatment with 500 mg/L ABT had the best pro-motive effect.(3) There were differences in optimum medium formula among various tissue -culture stages, the optimum medium for inducement was MS +6-BA 0.6 mg/L, the best medium for propagation was MS +6-BA 0.5 mg/L+NA A 0.1 mg/L, and the optimum medium for rooting was MS +IBA 0.4 mg/L.The highest rooting rate of Verbena bonariensis reached 93%, and the multiplication coefficient reached 4.2.
