苯酚-硫酸法测定柳芽中多糖含量的研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用苯酚-硫酸法对柳芽中多糖含量按紫外分光光度法在482nm波长处测定吸光度,实验结果表明葡萄糖对照品在5.4~16.2μg/ml之间呈线性关系,该法简便易行,准确性高,重现性好。本文探讨了测定过程的影响因素,并通过此法测得柳芽中多糖含量为7.46%。 The content ofpolysaccharides in willow sprouts was determined by the method of phenol-sulfuric acid. The results showed a good linearity relationship between the absorbance and the content of standard glucose in the range of 5.4~ 16.2μg/ml. The method is simple, convenient and accurate, and has good reproducibility. The affecting factors in the assaying process were discussed in this paper respectively.
