摘要
目的测定辣木叶中多糖的含量。方法采用精制辣木叶多糖测得辣木叶多糖对葡萄糖的换算因子后,采用蒽酮-硫酸比色法测定,测定波长为620 nm。结果韶关新丰引种栽培辣木中多糖含量为4.85%,供试液在4 h内显色稳定,平均回收率为98.72%,RSD=1.88%(n=4)。结论此测定方法简便可行,可作为辣木叶中多糖的含量测定方法。
Objective To determine the contents of polysaccharide in leaves of Moringa oleifera. Methods After the conversion coefficient of Moringa oleifera polysaccharides to glucose was obtained, contents were determined by anthrone -H2SO4 colorimetry. Wavelength for measurement was 620nm. Results The contents of Polysaccharide in leaves of Moringa oleifera planted in Shaoguan County of Guangdong Province was 4.85% ,the color of the treated sample was stable in 4h and average value of the recovery for Polysaccharide measurement was 98.72% with 1.88% of RSD (n = 4). Conclusion The method used in this paper is simple. It can be used for determination of the polysaccharide in leaves of Moringa oleifera.
