摘要
抗战时期陕甘宁边区政府实施了旨在启迪民智、动员民众抗战和扫除文盲的社会教育政策,取得了显著成效。拟从教育政策的价值视域对陕甘宁边区社会教育政策作一回溯性考察,分析陕甘宁边区社会教育政策的价值选择及有效性。
During the Anti-Japanese War, the government of the region bodering Shaanxi, Gansu and Ningxia implemented the social education policies aimed at edifying the intelligence of the masses,mobilizing the masses for the anti-Japanese war and eliminating illiteracy and achieved remarkable results. A retracing survey is made of the social education policies in the region bordering Shaanxi, Gansu and Ningxia from the perspective of the value of the educational policies. An analysis is made of the value selection and validity in terms of the social education policies adopted in the region bordering Shaanxi, Gansu and Ningxia.
