摘要
用氯甲酸乙酯、硫氰酸钠和异丁醇为原料,KH-1作为催化剂,采用过量异丁醇溶剂法,一步合成乙氧羰基异丁基硫代氨基甲酸酯。分别对溶剂加入量、反应温度、反应时间和催化剂加入量进行了实验,确定了最佳合成工艺条件。同时对该产品的选矿效果进行了研究,通过与异丁基黄药和Z-200进行硫化铜矿浮选对比,乙氧羰基异丁基硫代氨基甲酸酯的选矿效果最优。
Ethoxycarbonyl-isobutyl thiocarbamate was synthesized by ethyl chloroformate ,sodium thiocya‐nate and isobutyl alcohol. Using KH -1 based as a catalyst. The reaction used excessive isobutyl alcohol as a solvent in one step. the optimum conditions of the amount of solvent , reaction temperature , reaction time and amount of catalyst were experimentally determined. At the same time the effect of mineral prod‐ucts were studied. In the process of copper sulfide flotation , according to contrast with isobutyl xanthate and Z -200 , ethoxycarbonyl isobutyl thiocarbamate beneficiation show s the best effect.
