摘要
采用Tokuda改进的线性组合算符法和幺正变换法,研究了量子阱中极化子的性质.导出了量子阱中极化子的声子平均数与速率的关系.数值计算结果表明:量子阱中强弱耦合极化子的声子平均数均随极化子的速率的增加而增加.
The velocity and the mean number phonons of the polaron in a quantum well were calculated by using Tokuda's improved linear combination operator and unitary transformation method. The results indicated that the mean number phonons of the strong - and weak - coupling polaron would increase with the increase of the velocity of polaron.
