摘要
通过求解薛定谔方程得到多抛物量子阱的变换矩阵和透射系数.利用这一结果计算透射系数可以达到任意高的精度.
The transfer matrix and transmission coefficient (TC) through multiple parabolic quantum wells are obtained by solving Schrdinger equation. The calculation of TC with this method has arbitrary high accuracy. Finally, the effect of the number of the wells on resonant tunneling is studied.
