摘要
在影响雾霾天气的诸多因素中,机动车尾气排放是最主要因素之一,因而对雾霾天气的综合防治应相对突出对机动车的优化管理。围绕这一重点,需要从战略高度调整和优化现有的交通运输结构,使之符合生态交通发展的根本要求。生态智能交通系统是城市交通发展的方向和手段,是苏州实现生态经济目标的重要途径。文章在深入分析苏州生态交通的现状、问题和成因后,提出了建设生态型智能交通城市的发展途径和对策建议。
Vehicle emissions are one of the most important factors among many impact factors on the haze. And to cornprehensively prevent the haze should optimize the management of motor vehicles. Around this focus, it is necessary to adjust and optimize the existing transport structure for conforming to the fundamental requirements of ecological transport develop- ment from a strategic perspective. Ecological intelligent trans- portation system is the direction and means of urban transport development. And it is an important way to achieve ecological and economic goals in Suzhou. This paper proposes the ap- proaches and suggestions of eco-smart traffic city after in- depth analysis of the status of ecological transportation in Suzhou.
