摘要
目的探讨干部门诊护士素质的培养及管理措施.方法:以我院干部门诊的全部护士为研究对象.对护士进行理论、技能、实践培训以及心理素质、工作责任感的培养.并调查分析护士接受培训后我院干部门诊护士综合素质水平,同时对组织患者门诊护理工作进行满意度评价.结果:我院干部门诊护士专业知识、技能操作水平显著提高,并且护士均能够主动帮助患者解决问题,均具有较高的工作责任心;另外,经过护士素质培养后,门诊患者对护理工作的满意度达到98%.结论:干部门诊护士素质的培养能够有效提高门诊服务质量,增强患者对护理工作的满意度,因此需要引起医院以及门诊的高度重视.
Objective to study the quality of the cadre clinic nurse cultivation and management measures.Methods: for all of our cadre clinic nurses as the researchobject.Theory, skill and practice training of nurses and the cultivation of psychological quality, work sense of responsibility.After investigating and analyzing the nurse training in ourcadre clinic nurses comprehensive quality level, at the same time in patients with organization of outpatient nursing satisfaction evaluation.Results: Our cadres outpatient nursesprofessional knowledge, skills, operation level increased significantly, and nurses are able to take the initiative to help patients solve the problem, with high sense of responsibility.Afterthe nurse diathesis, the clinic patients to nursing job satisfaction reached 98%.Conclusion: the quality of the cadre clinic nurse training can effectively improve the quality of outpatientservices, enhance patient satisfaction of nursing work, so need has drawn great attention of hospitals and clinics.
