摘要
微藻的营养价值与其EPA含量有直接关系,生态条件的改变对微藻EPA含量影响显著。从温度、光照、营养盐、盐度、p H值、生长期等6个方面对相关研究成果进行综述。微藻种类不同,其EPA产生生态条件不同。温度对微藻EPA影响一般与该藻生长温度相适应,在最适生长温度下培养的微藻其EPA含量也最高;低光照有利于EPA的生成;营养盐的种类和浓度变化对微藻EPA含量影响显著;微藻在生长适宜的盐度条件下,EPA含量通常也能达到最大值;每种微藻均有最适生产EPA的酸碱度范围;微藻种类不同,EPA含量达到最高值时的生长阶段也不一样。
The nutritious value of microalgae has direct relationship with the synthesis of their EPA.Substantial studies have shown that the amount of EPA in the micro-algae can be affected by ecologicalfactors. The research progress of the ecological factors reveals the effect on the synthesis of EPA in themicroalgae, including temperature, light, nutrition, salinity, pH and the stage of the growth. Theecological factors required for the optimal synthesis of EPA vary with the species of the microalgae.Temperature required for the synthesis of EPA has close relationship with the temperature which affectsthe growth of the microalgae. The greatest amount of the EPA is observed at the temperature which isoptimal for the growth of microalgae. Low light is beneficial to the synthesis of EPA. The kinds and theconcentrations of the nutritious salts have substantial effects on the synthesis of EPA. The maximalamount of the EPA is usually synthesized at the salinity which is optimal for the growth of microalgae.The optimal pH values of the micro-algae for EPA production are species dependent. The growth stageof the maximal EPA synthesis is also micro-algae species dependent.
