摘要
缓解我国基本药物供应短缺问题,要从其药品定价入手,主要在于我国政府的宏观调控与市场自我调节相结合,同时保障生产经营单位和消费者双方利益,是解决基本药物供应短缺、完善供应保障体系的关键环节。从基本药物的生产、流通、使用及政府宏观调控等环节,分析基本药物供应保障体系存在的主要问题,为完善我国基本药物供应保障体系提出合理化建议。
