摘要
目的:探讨口腔专业实习医生在儿童口腔科实习状态焦虑情况。方法:采用Zung氏焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)及特质—焦虑问卷(SAI),对85名进入儿童口腔科的实习医生进行心理状况测评,分析可能产生焦虑的原因。结果:儿童口腔科实习医生状态焦虑总分明显高于中国常模,具有统计学意义。结论:儿童口腔科实习医生存在焦虑、紧张感,其产生的原因与角色转换、医患关系处理、就业压力等问题有关。
Objective : To investigate anxiety of children' s dentistry students during clinical practicum. Methods : 85 children' s dentistry students in their practicum took part in the study. Their psychological status was assessed using Zung' s Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS). Possible causes for anxiety were analyzed. Results: Their anxiety total scores were significantly higher than the Chinese norm and the differences were statistically significant. Conclusion: Their anxiety causes involved transition from school to practice, doctor-patient relationship, and difficulty finding employment.
