摘要
目的:探讨口腔专业实习医生在儿童口腔科实习状态焦虑情况。方法:采用Zung氏焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)及特质—焦虑问卷(SAI),对85名进入儿童口腔科的实习医生进行心理状况测评,分析可能产生焦虑的原因。结果:儿童口腔科实习医生状态焦虑总分明显高于中国常模,具有统计学意义。结论:儿童口腔科实习医生存在焦虑、紧张感,其产生的原因与角色转换、医患关系处理、就业压力等问题有关。
Objective ： To investigate anxiety of children＇ s dentistry students during clinical practicum. Methods ： 85 children＇ s dentistry students in their practicum took part in the study. Their psychological status was assessed using Zung＇ s Self-Rating Anxiety Scale （SAS） and Self-rating Depression Scale （SDS）. Possible causes for anxiety were analyzed. Results： Their anxiety total scores were significantly higher than the Chinese norm and the differences were statistically significant. Conclusion： Their anxiety causes involved transition from school to practice, doctor-patient relationship, and difficulty finding employment.
