摘要
学徒制在各国普遍存在,但英国学徒制的发展、利用学徒制培养职业技术人才取得的成就,举世瞩目,已成为目前世界职教领域人才培养的重要模式之一。英国成功的现代学徒制以服务社会为宗旨,以工学结合为主要特征,以制度框架为依托,以培养具有良好素质的复合型人才为目标,强调多方合作,不仅培养学生技能,而且重视与学术教育接轨,已成为世界职业技术教育的典范。随着改革开放的不断深入,我国职业技术教育近几年也取得了很大发展,但与国民经济的飞速发展以及社会对技术人才的需求相比较,还有一定的差距。通过研析和借鉴英国学徒制,对发展我国职业技术教育,培养适应社会高速发展的技术人才将会起到很大的促进作用。
Apprenticeship prevailed in the world,while the development of English apprenticeship and its achievements attracted the worldwide attention in vocational and technical talents training has become one of important models of personnel training in the field of world vocational education at present. In United Kingdom,the successful modern apprenticeship takes the community service as its purpose and talents training with good quality as its goal,characterized by combining work with study,relying on the institutional framework,and stressed the multi-cooperation,not only to cultivate students ＇skills,but also to align with the academic education,which has become a model for vocational and technical education in the world. With the deepening of reform and opening up,vocational and technical education in our country has achieved great development in recent years. But there is a gap with a comparison to the rapid development of national economy and social demand for skilled workers. The study and drawing lessons from the apprenticeship in United Kingdom would play a big promoting role in the development of Chinese vocational and technical education,and the training of technical personnel adapt to the social rapid development.
