摘要
文章对不同管理阶段馆藏纸质文献资源在流通使用过程中出现的破损和缺失情况进行了分析,从文献资源建设、文献资源学、文献资源的使用价值、人本思想以及法律角度,阐述了图书馆管理制度的重要性。
This paper discusses the wearout and deficiency of library printed literature in different stages of manage- ment during the circulation, and explains the importance of the library management systems from the perspectives of the construction of literature resources, the science of literature resources and the use value of the literature resources, the hu- manistic thought and the laws.
