摘要
文章在对图书馆人文关怀对象进行界定的基础上,从实践的层面分别阐述了图书馆对读者用户和图书馆员实施人文关怀的要点,并期望通过实现图书馆人文关怀的良性互动,促进图书馆整体事业的可持续发展。
On the basis of the definition of objects of human concern in libraries, the article expounds the users and the essentials of human concern that the librarians practice, and expects the realization of positive interact between the readers and librarians in the course of practicing human concern so as to promote the sustained development of library cause.
