结核蛋白芯片检测在结核病诊断中的价值 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨结核蛋白芯片检测在结核病诊断中的价值。方法:使用蛋白芯片系统检测血清结核抗体的病例共4 502例,其中结核病例464例,非结核病例4 038例。我们采用蛋白芯片技术检测结核杆菌中5种成分,即ESAT-6、CFP10、LAM、38 000融合蛋白和16 000融合蛋白,分析其结果。结果:464例结核病例中共323例结核抗体阳性,4 038例非结核病例中788例阳性,结核蛋白芯片检测的灵敏度为69.61%,特异度为80.49%。结论:结核蛋白芯片是诊断结核病的较有效方法,具有特异性好、快速方便等优点,对结核病快速辅助诊断有积极作用。但对结核病的疗效监测无实用价值。 Objective: To explore the diagnosis value of tuberculosis protein chip for tuberculosis.Methods: The antibody levels of tuberculosis protein ESAT- 6,CFP10,16 000,38 000 and LAM in 464 cases with tuberculosis and 4038 cases with non- TB were detected with protein chip. And there were the analysis and statistics. Results: The tuberculosis antibody positive were detected as 323 of 464 cases with tuberculosis and 788 of 4038 cases with non- TB. The sensitivity of tuberculosis protein chip was 69. 61%,and the specificity was 80. 49%. Conclusion: The tuberculosis protein chip is a fast,easy and effective method for diagnosing the tuberculosis,and has good specificity for the rapid diagnosis of the tuberculosis,and there is not practical in monitoring the effects of treating tuberculosis.
