摘要
5S管理是一种现代管理方法,包含整理、整顿、清扫、清洁和素养五个方面。在实验室推行5S可提升实验室形象、提高实验效率、减少安全隐患、改善实验室精神面貌等。通风橱和实验台等实验场所,试剂与耗材,办公设备是高校化学实验室的重要组成部分,相应地提出了实施5S的具体措施,以期提高实验人员的职业素养和高校化学实验室的管理水平。
5S management was a modern management methods which contained five areas including Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu and Shitsuke.The implementation of 5S in the laboratory can upgrade laboratory appearance, enhance experimental efficiency, reduce security risks, improve mental outlook and so on.Experimental placed including fume hood and experimental bench, reagents and consumables, office equipment are important parts of university’s chemistry lab.Accordingly, the specific measures of applying 5S were proposed and it was expected to improve professionalism of laboratory personnel and management level of university’s chemical lab.
