摘要
为了解决目前将转向助力系统与转向传动机构分开设计、采用平面投影模型及对转向助力系统采用经验设计的缺陷,根据实车结构,建立了转向传动机构的空间模型,进行了转向传动比的计算;将所有转向轮的转向阻力矩及二轴助力缸输出力矩都折合到一轴摇臂处,与转向器输出力矩比较,并对系统进行流量分析;最后开发了转向助力系统仿真软件,将转向助力系统的力特性计算及流量分析集成在一个软件中。实例计算结果表明:采用转向传动机构的空间模型,提高了转向助力系统分析的精度;转向助力系统仿真软件,实现了变参数分析,为进行多轴转向助力系统的匹配提供了方法性的指导。
The steering boost system and the drive mechanisms are usually designed separately by experience, so the flaws are obvious especially when the steering drive ratio is calculated using projection-to-plane model method.The spatial model of the steering and drive mechanism was built to solve above problems.The drag torque of the steering wheel and the output torque of the second axle boost cylinder were converted to the torque loaded on the first axle swing arm, and a comparison was then made between the steering output torque and the drag torque. Moreover, the flow volume was also analyzed.Finally, the simulation software of the steering boost system was developed, in which the torque performance calculation and the flow analysis were integrated. The results show that the spatial model improves the accuracy of the steering boost system,the software analyzes the different parameters, all offering a guidance for future researches.
