摘要
目的观察腹腔镜下卵巢巧克力囊肿剥除术后配伍内美通治疗的临床疗效及安全性。方法对90例腹腔镜下卵巢巧克力囊肿剥除术后随访资料进行回顾性分析,比较术后配伍内美通治疗组(48例)与未用药组(42例)的疗效及复发率。结果内美通组患者有效率(79.68%)高于未用药组(52.38%),两组比较差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05);内美通组患者复发率(10.41%)显著低于未用药组(35.72%),两组比较差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05),且内美通组毒副反应较轻,均可自行消失。结论腹腔镜下卵巢巧克力囊肿剥除术后应用内美通治疗能有效提高卵巢巧克力囊肿的治愈率,降低复发率,毒副反应较小,具有良好的疗效及较高的安全性,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the curative effects and safety of gestrinone after laparoscopic divesting of ovarian chocolate cyst. Methods Postoperative follow- up data were retrospectively analyzed in 90 cases of laparoscopic ovarian chocolate cyst. The curative effect and recurrence rate of the treatment group with gestrinone（ 48 cases） and non- treatment group（ 42 cases） were then compared. Results The effective rate of patients with gestrinone（ 79. 68%） was higher than that of patients without gestrinone（ 52. 38%）（ p〈0. 05）. The recurrence rate of patients with gestrinone（ 10. 41%） was significantly lower than that of the non- treated group（ 35. 72%）（ p〈0. 05）. The slighter side effects in patients with gestrinone disappeared. Conclusion Gestrinone after laparoscopic divesting of ovarian chocolate cyst can greatly improve the cure rate,reduce the relapse rate,have low toxicity,safety and good effect,and it therefore is worth clinical promotion and application.
