科研单位知识共享和绩效考核平台设计与实现 被引量:1

摘要 在此完成科研单位需要的科技知识共享和管理平台开发,并能智能化完成科研单位的绩效考核工作。以问卷调查的形式了解本单位职工对此平台的具体需求,结合现有的科研管理系统的特点,选用C#作为开发语言,采用ASP.NET框架,数据库采用SQL Server 2000,完成平台的开发。本平台的基本任务可对数据库中的数据进行操作,然后返回一个操作结果给用户,达到结构化设计、减少冗余的目的。其特色是数据库结构的设计将直接影响共享平台的执行效率。在数据库的数据表设计中,选用相关开发工具和数据库对以上功能逐一实现和测试,该平台主要功能模块有绩效考核管理模块、项目管理模块、经费管理模块、知识共享管理模块、审核管理模块和实验室管理模块。系统试运行良好。 The development of technical knowledge sharing and management platform was completed,which can intelligent?ly accomplish performance appraisal of the scientific research institutes. With the background of understanding the employees’ specific needs for the platform in the form of questionnaire survey,combined with the characteristics of the existing research management system,C# is selected as the development language,ASP.NET framework and SQL Server 2000 database are adopted to develop the system. The basic task of this platform is to manipulate the data in the database and then returns the result to the user to achieve the objective of redundancy reduction and structural design. Its characteristic is that the structural design of data?base will directly affect the efficiency of sharing platform. In design of the database table,the relevant development tools and da?tabase are chosen to realize and test the functions mentioned above. The function modules of the platform are performance ap?praisal management,project management,fund management,knowledge sharing management,audit management and laboratory management. The system has been running well.
